East Coast Cine Services Inc. (ECCS) is owned and operated by Kelsey W. Smith. His passion for film and video is exemplified by the intensity of the footage he shoots and the outstanding service he provides.

An innovator, Kelsey was the first Steadicam operator in Atlantic Canada, working in 16mm, 35mm and all digital video formats. His extensive training in all aspects of film & video production have seen him though over 20 years as Director of Photography and Electronic Cinematographer, including over 16 years as a Steadicam/Camera operator.
