Kelsey Smith has worked extensively on virtually all types of production, including television series, feature films, documentaries, music videos, commercials and corporate projects. He has traveled to shoot on location in such places as Sweden, England, Indonesia, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Hawaii. Kelsey has continued his technical training through industry-specific courses that include Electronic Cinematography, Directing Film & Video, Steadicam EFP, Advanced Steadicam, Advanced Video Camera and Lighting. He worked as an instructor in Video Production and Editing at the Centre For Art Tapes, and as Assistant Instructor for 3 years in Directing Film Production and Electronic Cinematography at the International Film and Television Workshops in Rockport, Maine. With close to 17 years experience as a Director of Photography and Electronic Cinematographer, and more than 9 years experience as a Steadicam/ Camera Operator, Kelsey Smith has the training, creativity and technical knowledge to capture quality footage for any type of production.

East Coast Cine Services Inc. (E C C S) is owned and operated by Kelsey W. Smith. His passion for film is exemplified by the quality of the footage he shoots and the outstanding services he provides. An innovator, Kelsey was the first Steadicam owner/operator in Atlantic Canada, working in 16mm, 35mm and all digital video formats. His extensive training in all aspects of film production have seen him though almost 17 years as Director of Photography and Electronic Cinematographer, including over 9 years as a Steadicam/ Camera operator.
